Gravity Rush 2 is very solid and entertaining game with great visuals and soundtrack, a decent story (that could be told better, but still) and interesting mechanics. Furthermore, the developpers released the planned DLC as free content after they had to move the release window, which is a very nice gesture. The first game is the best, imo. I played it on Vita when it came out and then on the PS4 later. I would play this first as the story in GR2 is a direct continuation of the first game. It's very charming and has a ton of personality, although the story goes a bit all over the place. The controls take time getting used to, both on Vita and on PS4. The story of Gravity Rush 2 picks up immediately following the events of Gravity Rush and the short animated interquel (designed to preemptively answer questions about plot gaps between the games, but ultimately far more confusing and disorienting than anything).
